Welcome to Los Al Youth Football & Cheer
For decades, Los Alamitos Youth Football & Cheer has given the children of our community a place to learn football and cheerleading the right way — certified coaches, safe equipment, scholastic standards, and a family-first culture. We are proud members of the Orange Empire Conference and Pop Warner Little Scholars, the only national youth sports organization that requires academic progress to participate.
Tackle Football
Age-based, unlimited weight divisions 8U–14U. $600 registration — early bird $425 through March 31.

Jr. Tiny Mite (3–4) through Varsity (5–13). Sideline cheer all season plus fall competition.
Cheer divisions →Scholastics First
Every participant age 7+ submits report cards at August certification. Pop Warner requires academic fitness to play.

First day of practice for all 2026 football and cheer teams. Coaches will contact registered families with times and field assignments.
Early June at the league shed. League-issued helmet and shoulder pads require a $200 deposit, cash only.
$425 football / $425 cheer pricing ends March 31 — must be paid in full to qualify.
